Let's get this party started right

This morning's rain stopped long enough for me to get the yard mowed and run down to the mooring basin to snap off a couple of pictures. The raft up started last night and more than a dozen boats are already tied together in the basin. Looks like rain or no rain, there's gonna be a party going on in this town.
