In case you missed it

The space shuttle launched last night. It was the first night launch in four years and makes for some spectacular video. The end includes a shot of the shuttle's underside as it separates with and then pulls away from one of the tanks that had a camera on it.



When I see one of these launches, I always wonder what must be going through the minds of the men and women on board the craft. What is the last thing they say or think before climbing on board? Who is the last person they think of... You know, just in case...

I couldn't do it. I worry too damn much.
