A little taste of our Sunday
Here is some non-game video from our trip to Philadelphia for the Eagles/Redskins game Sunday. Security personnel in the stadium actually checked my camera to make sure I wasn't shooting video of actual game action. Apparently it's illegal because the NFL is protecting its copyrights. The stadium Web site says "cameras (still only) are permitted inside" and then on the list of banned objects -- along with fireworks, firearms and weapons -- are video cameras and video capable cell phones. How many of today's newer digital cameras don't shoot some video? Anyway, I guess it's still shots from now on. TLC (a friend who sometimes leaves comments on this blog) told me I was going to get in trouble after the last game video. Her husband, Jeff, is in the Air Force and has worked security at Eagles games and had already told her I wasn't supposed to be taping. Oh well...

Jeff says to tell you that he is not aware of the no taping rule because he worked security...he knows because they ACTUALLY SAY it during every game!!! "...no portion of this broadcast may be used without the express written consent of the NFL" (or something like that...followed by the DA DA DAAAA music) He suggests that you write to the NFL and ask permission to rebroadcast portions of the game! I, on the other hand, think that you should simply re-enact the plays and post them. I cannot decide, however, if you should use your nephew's gi joes, your niece's dolls, or your brothers and a few friends. Or, perhaps some empty beer bottles....Surprise me! TLC
I think the guy coming out of the Porta Potty gave you a dirty look and some choice words. I think that is taking the video a little out of bounds.
Yep... He called me a jackass.
Looks like good times.
Btw, what kind of phone is that? It takes great video. Much higher quality than ours.
Jeffro...what are brothers for??
And umm you erased the video of me in the same potty at the Giant game right? : )
I like TLC's idea!!! Do it! Do it! Next game.
