Crossing things off the list
After our trip to BJs, Natalie and I finished mulching the flower beds and watering the plants. One thing having a party does is it forces you to get things done you may ordinarily put off time and time again. The tough part is that our house was built in 1849 and closets were not a priority at that time. So cleaning inside becomes an even bigger deal because we can't just stick things in closets until everyone leaves.

Natalie, your garden is JUST wonderful. I did receive your spirited invitation, and regret that I am unable to attend the Canal Day festivities.
All the best to you, in your ongoing (and successful) pursuit to be me.
By the way, I hope you don't mind...I will be running for Town Counsel of Bedford next year. And that little snafoo where I forgot to credit you in that Martha Weddings Issue...almost cleared up. Check will be in the mail soon. Please tell your attornies to back off.
Best,
Martha
Ohh trust me...I have the ONLY clothing closet...JAMMED. Only women understand the true need for closet space. Thanks for the concern.
