Canal Day preparations continue ....

The pork shoulders cooked for about 8 hours -- through a nasty thunderstorm -- filling the night air with an aroma so delicious I gained five pounds just breathing. I took them off the grill (at right) this morning and they are now ready to be pulled. mmmmmmmm
